TopFlex One Waterproofing Membrane
SINGLE-COMPONENT WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE
TopFlex One is a high-performance product designed to offer excellent adhesion and flexibility. Ideal as both an adhesive and a skim coat, it guarantees excellent workability on various substrates and is perfect for thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). Thanks to its advanced formulation, it ensures high weather resistance and long-lasting durability, making it a reliable solution for finishing and restoration work.
TOPFLEX-ONE is used for:
A base under microcement- Waterproofing terraces and balconies
- Waterproofing concrete walls
- Anti-crack coating for the restoration of micro-cracked plasters
- Waterproofing metal sheet and wooden roofs

Coverage: Approximately 7 sq ft per kg at 1 mm thickness
- 5 kg bucket: ≈ 35 sq ft
- 20 kg bucket: ≈ 140 sq ft
METHOD OF APPLICATION
On Cementitious Surfaces
Check that the humidity level is less than 3%, measured with a carbide hygrometer at a depth of 4 cm.
Dust the surface thoroughly and make sure that the substrate is dry and free from any traces of grease and oils.
Apply one coat of DERASOL H2O diluted at a 1:1 ratio with water. Spread with a metal trowel in two layers, embedding a 90 g/m² fiberglass mesh. Apply the second layer after a minimum of 24 hours.
On Tiles
Dust the surface thoroughly and make sure that the substrate is dry. Ensure that the tiles are well bonded and free from all traces of grease, oils, lichens, and mold.
Apply one coat of MICROMARMO PRIMER. Spread with a metal trowel in two layers, embedding a 75 g/m² fiberglass mesh in the first layer. Apply the second layer after a minimum of 24 hours.
On Bituminous Sheaths
Dust the surface thoroughly and make sure the substrate is dry.
Apply one coat of MICROMARMO PRIMER, spreading it with a metal float in two layers and embedding a 75 g/m² fiberglass mesh in the first layer. Apply the second layer after a minimum of 24 hours.
On Sheet Metal
Dust the surface thoroughly and make sure the substrate is completely dry.
Apply one coat of CROMARZINC to rusty supports. After 24 hours, apply TopFlex One with a brush and/or metal float in two layers. Apply the second layer after a minimum of 24 hours.
